Alleluia, anyway...

It's Lent...and I know, I know...the prescribed images are of deserts, broken pottery, bare branches...and NO ALLELUIAS.

But, how can you not sing Alleluia when you walk out in the early morning and it smells like spring - and birds are singing - and you find little broken egg shells and know there are babies close - and the perennial gardens are a celebration of green shoots - and you experience the first thunder and lightening of the season...and the earth is doing this!....
